"I have been a State Farm customer with Sheila Wandell - State Farm Insurance Agent since 2016, carrying homeowners insurance along with multiple vehicles. During that entire time, I had never filed a claim. When I finally needed to file a legitimate claim related to my roof, the experience was extremely disappointing. The claim was denied despite multiple roofing professionals indicating that replacement was warranted. The adjuster handling my claim was dismissive and unprofessional, and the overall communication throughout the process did not reflect the level of service I expected after nearly a decade as a customer. To make matters worse, I am now being required to replace the same roof out of pocket in order to maintain coverage. Being denied coverage and then later told to replace the roof anyway feels completely inconsistent and unfair. As a long-term, claim-free customer, I expected better support and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider how claims are handled before choosing this agency."
